Jim Masso

President and Chief Executive Officer, Honeywell Process Solutions

Jim Masso is President and CEO of Honeywell Process Solutions (HPS), a global leader in industrial automation and digital transformation. In this role, Jim leads a worldwide team delivering high-impact, trusted solutions that enhance safety, reliability, and efficiency across critical industries including energy, chemicals, and infrastructure.

Jim joined Honeywell in July 2025 from Allied Power Group, where he served as President and CEO and led transformative growth in energy services. Prior to that, he held senior leadership roles at Dematic and GE Power. At GE, he led product strategy and engineering for generation technologies across the energy portfolio, and at Dematic, he oversaw global service operations.

Jim began his career in GE’s Edison Engineering Development Program, completing rotations in design engineering. He holds a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Georgia Tech and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Union College, where he was also a student-athlete.

Jim is passionate about operational excellence, customer impact, and building high-performing cultures. His leadership philosophy centers on listening, learning, and leading with clarity and purpose.
