Overview
The AS3500 is a CT or CT/VT operated electricity meter from Honeywell Smart Energy which has been designed to meet the changing needs of the Electricity supply industry. The AS3500 can be easily integrated into an AMR or Smart Grid system. Flexibility from modularity in communications enables the Utility to use the most cost-effective communications method. The module fits in the top hat of the meter providing a high degree of protection against fraud or tampering. The AS3500 is approved according MID and PTB (Germany).
