When will the old website be decommissioned?
Once we have successfully released the site to all customers and all dependencies on the old site have been removed, we will decommission the old site. We anticipate this will be completed by the end of August.
What will happen to the old URL?
At the time of decommission we will re-direct users from the old URL to the new URL. This will include page/document level redirects for high traffic resources.
Do customers need to re-register?
No. We have migrated their current user profile to the new site and they can continue to use their current username and password.
Are there regional versions of the site?
Are there regional versions of the site?
No. This launch is focused on replacing our current global English website. We are planning to deploy regional variants including additional languages starting in 2022.
